Gujarat Nursing Council has announced the exam results for the GNM, ANM, and post-basic diploma courses. GNM is the General Nursing and Midwifery course and ANM is the Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife. The result for the session 2023-24 has been released online on the official website result.gujaratnursingcouncil.org/results. The exams for the GNM and ANM commenced on January 30. They were asked to submit the internal evaluation marks from January 23 to January 28. The hall tickets for the GNM and the ANM exams were distributed between January 25 to January 28.
Gujarat Nursing Council GNM, ANM results: How to check
Step 1. Students can check and download their results by selecting the exam name and entering the seat number on the official website result.gujaratnursingcouncil.org/results.
Step 2. Other credentials that need to be filled are the candidate’s name, name of school, and month and year of examination. The date of birth and the exam name also need to be filled.
Step 3. After filling in the required details, the candidates need to click on the search result button.
Step 4. The result PDF will appear on the screen and can be downloaded for future reference.
The Council will also release a provisional Gujarat Nursing Council merit mark sheet along with the results. The candidates are advised to check all the details available on the certificate. These details include the marks obtained, name, date of birth, course, and others. In case of any discrepancy in the details, one should immediately the Council without any delay.

General Nursing and Midwifery course- This course is designed to prepare the student for a career in nursing. GNM or General Nursing and Midwifery is a three-year undergraduate course. This trains an individual to take care of patients, families, and communities. It also helps the trainees to deal with the restoration of ill health.
Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife- The ANM Nursing course teaches students how to set up an operating room and care for various pieces of equipment. This course also teaches the students to keep records and give patients their medications on schedule.
