Pakistani intelligence agency ISI has found a new henchman to spread disturbances in Punjab. ISI will now use gangster Harry Chatha. Which has reached Pakistan from Germany. According to intelligence input, ISI will use Chittha in place of Harvinder Rinda who recently died of drug overdose. The Punjab Police has been alerted regarding this. Punjab’s DGP Gaurav Yadav has also indicated this.
Reached Pakistan the day after Rinda’s death
According to the inputs received by the Intelligence Wing of Punjab Police, Harry Chatha had reached Pakistan on December 15, the very next day of Rinda’s death. Harry Chatha had reached Spain a few years back. After which he went to Germany.
The news of the death of terrorist Harvinder Rinda had come a few days ago, but till date there is no formal confirmation of his death.
Pakistan reached with Khalistani terrorist
According to intelligence input, Khalistani terrorist Paramjit Singh Pamma reached Pakistan from UK the very next day after Rinda’s death on 14th December. Terrorist Pamma was accompanied by a person named Jaswinder Singh. It was Pamma who introduced him to ISI. This meeting took place near Lahore. According to sources, it is Harry Chatta of Jaswinder Singh.
ISI was not satisfied with Rinda
According to sources, ISI was not satisfied with Harvinder Rinda’s work of spreading Narco Terrorism in Punjab. The main reason for this was that Rinda himself had become addicted to heroin and alcohol. Because of which he was not able to carry out the operation of ISI in a concrete way. Rinda was prepared by the ISI after the death of Khalistan Liberation Force terrorist Harmeet Singh PhD.
Chatha’s network in Punjab like Rinda
According to the Intelligence Wing, terrorist Harvinder Rinda got many incidents done in Punjab through his gangster network. In which apart from the attack on the headquarters of Punjab Police in Mohali, he also attacked the CIA in Nawanshahr. Like Rinda, Harry Chatha also has a network of gangsters in Punjab. Through them, ISI will work to spread narco terrorism in Punjab.

He is not very active in Punjab, but some cases of kidnapping and demanding ransom are registered on him in Punjab. Harry Chatha is absconding since the Nabha jail break. Many notorious criminals including Khalistan Liberation Force Chief Harminder Singh Mintoo, Kashmir Singh, gangster Vicky Gounder, Gurpreet Sekhon, Neeta Deol escaped from the jail break.
