In Kota, a coaching student was murdered by her boyfriend. His body was found late Wednesday night in the forests of Jawahar Sagar in Rawatbhata. The girl was missing for 2 days. A few days ago, the student had a friendship with a young man from Gujarat on Insta. Police has taken the accused youth into custody from Gandhinagar in Gujarat.
Police said that the girl (17), a resident of Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh, had come to Kota about one and a half months ago to prepare for NEET. She was doing medical coaching from a private coaching institute by staying in a hostel located in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar. On the morning of June 6, she left the hostel, asking to go to coaching. The student also went to coaching, but later did not return to the hostel. After this, a missing report of the girl student was lodged at Jawahar Nagar police station.
When the police examined the CCTV footage around the hostel and coaching, it came to light that the student went on a scooty with a boy. The police was in search of information that on Wednesday morning the police got information, the student may be in the forests of Borabas.
When the police started scouting the forest of Borabas, late in the evening the body of the student was found in the forest in Jawahar Sagar area. On this, top police officers also reached the spot and the FSL team inspected the spot. SP Kesar Singh said that after the post-mortem, it will be clear how the murder was done. At present the boy is suspected, he has been taken into custody.
Befriended the boy on social media
When the police started gathering information, the youth came to Kota from Gujarat on June 4 after friendship on social media. Here he met the girl. After this, on June 6, both of them went towards Kota Dam to roam. The boy had fled to Gujarat after the incident, but the Kota police team caught him from Gandhinagar on Thursday morning.
Coaching student used to live in this hostel of Kota city. Left here for coaching on 6th June. After that she did not return.
The family members were calling again and again
The girl student was in class 12th. She used to talk to her family members everyday. Two days ago when his family members called him, his phone got switched off. Concerned about the phone being switched off repeatedly, the relatives contacted the Kota Police.

Father said – suspected of blackmailing the daughter
The father told that the daughter was very smart in studies. She wanted to become a doctor. He said- Chatting and friendship on social media is common, but if a boy reaches Kota and kills his daughter, there may be planning behind it. Said- We suspect that there is no case of blackmailing.
