First clarification on the religion of the employees of Lulu Mall: Said- We have more than 80% of the workers Hindu, the rest are Muslim, Christian and others

Lucknow’s Lulu Mall management issued a statement for the first time on the religion of the employees. Regional director Jaykumar Gangadhar said, “All the employees we have here are local, state and country. Of these, more than 80% are Hindus. The rest are from Muslim, Christian and other classes.”

He further said, “Some selfish people are trying to target our establishment. We do not allow any religious activity to any person in our place. The mall management has registered an FIR against those who had offered Namaz in the mall. Don’t target us. Let us do business peacefully.”

At 1090 crossroads, the police stopped the vehicles and took the workers to their homes and put them under house arrest.

80% Muslims were accused of giving jobs in malls
In fact, Mahant Raju Das of Hanuman Garhi in Ayodhya had alleged that Lulu Mall has employed 80% of Muslims. 20% Hindu girls are kept. Not a single Muslim girl was given a job here. After this, there were allegations of discrimination on religious grounds on Lulu Mall on other platforms including social media.

Boycott Lulu’s poster put on vehicles, police caught siege
The controversy that started after offering Namaz in Lulu Mall is increasing. On Sunday, Karni Sena workers again came out with posters of the mall’s boycott on three vehicles. Police stopped them before reaching the mall by siege.

The police seized all the three vehicles of Karni Sena workers. During the blockade at 1090 crossroads, there was also a clash between the police and the people of Karni Sena. The police have put the workers under house arrest in their own homes. As soon as the information was received, Lucknow Police Commissioner DK Thakur also reached the spot.

Controversy has no effect on public, crowd gathered on Sunday
Lulu Mall was inaugurated by CM Yogi on July 10. After 3 days i.e. on July 13, the video of offering Namaz was revealed here. Since then this mall is in controversy. However, this does not seem to have an impact on the mall’s business. On Sunday, a large number of people reached the mall to shop. In view of the crowd, a large number of police forces were deployed inside and outside the mall.

Hanuman Chalisa read yesterday after Namaz
Hanuman Chalisa was read in the mall on Saturday after the Namaz. A video of two youths reading Hanuman Chalisa inside the mall had surfaced. Earlier on Saturday, activists of Karni Sangathan and Rashtriya Hindu Patron Dal had reached the mall. He was adamant on reciting Hanuman Chalisa inside. In such a situation, the police chased them from there using mild force. Also, more than 20 people were detained.

Inspector Line Spot, DCP transferred; Action on more than 100
In 7 days, action has been taken against more than 100 people in Lulu Mall controversy. There was an FIR for offering Namaz. On the other hand, Inspector of Sushant Golf City has been sent to the line. DCP Gopal Krishna Choudhary has been transferred.
