FIR on Punjab Congress President and MLA: Raja Vading and Sukhpal Khaira posted appointment letter with fake signature of Kejriwal

Police has registered an FIR against Punjab Congress President Amarinder Singh Raja Vading and MLA Sukhpal Khaira. This case has been registered in Mohali under sections 465, 471 of IPC and section 66-D of IT Act. Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader has filed this case. They allege that these two leaders posted the appointment letter of the chairman with a fake signature of AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal on social media.

The Aam Aadmi Party on Thursday appointed nine chairman of the board and corporation in Punjab. Congress shared a letter of this. In which the purported sign of Arvind Kejriwal was below. However, the Congress claimed that Ankit Saxena, an Aam Aadmi Party worker, shared it on his social media. Vading and Khaira said that it is clear from this letter that the Punjab government is running from Delhi. CM Bhagwant Mann does not even have the authority to appoint a chairman. For this the approval of Arvind Kejriwal is being taken.

AAP calls ‘fake news peddlers’
Soon after Congress leaders shared the post, AAP had warned of action against fake news peddlers, terming it as fake. In Mohali, AAP’s district head Prabhjot Kaur said that Khaira and Vading shared forged documents.

Congress objected
Congress President Raja Vading said that this letter was posted by AAP worker on social media. It is absurd to register a case against him. It was also shared on the Facebook page of Punjab BJP. On the other hand, Sukhpal Khaira said that you are misusing the police.
