Police has registered an FIR regarding the horse-trading of MLA of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Punjab. A Punjab Police spokesperson said that 11 MLAs have lodged a complaint. These include Dinesh Chadha, Raman Arora, Budhram, Kulwant Pandori, Narinder Kaur Bharaj, Rajneesh Dahiya, Rupinder Happy, Sheetal Angural, Manjit Vilaspur, Labh Singh Ugoke and Kuljit Randhawa.

The investigation has been handed over to the Vigilance Bureau as per the standard guidelines. The important thing in this is that AAP had accused the BJP, but the case has been registered on an unknown basis. Here, Arvind Kejriwal has summoned all the MLAs to Delhi on 18 September. CM Bhagwant Mann will also return from Germany on the same day.

Documents and recordings handed over to Vigilance
As soon as the FIR is registered, all the documents related to the complaint of AAP MLAs have been handed over to the Director of Vigilance Bureau. AAP has also given some call recordings to the DGP. This too has been handed over to the Vigilance.
