Finland Prime Minister Sanna Marin is facing a backlash after a video of her partying went viral on social media. In the video, the Finnish prime minister can be seen dancing and singing with her friends.

After the video leaked on social media, Marin faced criticism from the opposition, with some demanding that she take a drug test.

However, PM Marin clarified the allegations against her, stating that she had only consumed alcohol during the party. She also said that she was aware that the video was being made and was sad that the video went public.

PM Marin further said that she danced and sang, which was completely legal, adding that she feels she does not need to make any changes in her behavior and will always be as she really was.

Marin, 36, the world’s youngest prime minister, has often been photographed at music festivals. Last year, she apologised for going clubbing after coming in close contact with a Covid positive person.

Last week, Marin was named as the “coolest prime minister” in the world by German news outlet Bild.
