A case of assault has come to light between a security guard on duty and a food delivery boy in a housing society in Noida. Both have been arrested. The police said that both would be produced before the executive magistrate for hearing. This incident has also been captured in the CCTV camera.
It is seen in the video that the delivery boy and the security guard are fighting over something at the gate of the society. The delivery boy then punches and kicks the guard. Then comes with a stick and starts hitting him. On this the guard also attacks him. After a while, the delivery boy is seen lying on the ground, which people try to lift.
Argument between the two regarding the entry
The incident took place at Gardenia Society in Sector 46, Noida, when Zomato’s delivery boy Sabi Singh, who brought food, was denied entry by security guard Ram Vinay into the housing complex. There was an altercation between the two on this, then the delivery person pushed the guard and started kicking and punching. The guard then retaliated.
The people present on the spot tried to stop them, but both kept hitting each other first with their hands, then started beating them with sticks. Police said both have been taken into custody under section 151 and will be produced before the local magistrate. Both have also been booked under sections 107 and 116.
Such cases are continuously coming up in Noida.
