The incident took place on Friday night in a slum located in Kalkaji area. The accused is Man Singh, 30 years old. His wife Pooja told that after a dispute with her husband, she lives with her 2-year-old son at her grandmother’s house. On Friday night Maan came there drunk and started making noise. When Pooja protested, Maan threw the son down from the terrace of the first floor.

After this Man Singh jumped from the third floor. The people present on the spot admitted the child to a private hospital and Man Singh to the AIIMS Trauma Center. Police officials said that the accused threw the child from a height of about 21 feet. A case has been registered against the accused on the complaint of the wife.
