In an exclusive interview with India Today, agricultural economist Dr Ashok Gulati has called govt’s decision to ban the export of wheat as anti-farmer.
He also said, “Farmers must be given free access to the best markets in the world, if the govt doesn’t allow that, it’s implicitly a tax on the farmers.”
