Disha’s mother had also complained to the State Women’s Commission in this matter. In this case, Maharashtra State Commission for Women chairperson Rupali Chakankar had said that according to Disha’s autopsy report, Disha was not raped and she was not even pregnant. Last week, both of them were interrogated for several hours in the closed room of Malwani police station. A case was registered against both of them under sections 500, 509 of the IPC and 67 of the IT Act.
