Dipika Kakkar Shares Workout Routine As Her Third Trimester Begins

New Delhi: Dipika Kakar has been keeping her fans updated with her pregnancy workouts and her routine. As the TV actor her third trimester, the mom-to-be shared her workout routine with her fans. Dipika took to her vlog and shared her simple stretching routine she has adopted in the third trimester.

In the vlog, Dipika says, ” I walk for an hour. I walk on the treadmill at 2.5 speed. I cannot walk faster than that. I do arm circling for the arm stretch. I am not that fluent. I also do butterfly exercises, neck stretches, neck circling. I sit in butterfly pose because it is good for your logs.”

Dipika also shows a few arm stretching exercises with her band for upper body strengthening.

Earlier, Dipika had been criticised for her ‘unhealthy food habits’ when she had spoken about pregnancy food cravings. Many people trolled her for her food choices and some even called her pregnancy fake when she was spotted eating dates, which are allegedly not good for pregnant women. However, Dipika emphasised in her vlog that in the early stages, eating dates was recommended by her doctor. She also advised others to follow doctor’s suggestions before consuming anything in pregnancy and not follow her diet.

Dipika and Shoaib announced their pregnancy early this year and mentioned having a miscarriage initially. The couple had waited for the first trimester to pass to make the announcement.


Meanwhile, Shoaib’s sister Saba, who got married in November 2022, is also expecting.

First Kakar was married to Raunak Samson in 2011 but they got separated in 2015. Later, she married Shoaib Ibrahim, her co-star from the popular TV serial ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ on February 22, 2018 in Bhopal. The two have been together since and will soon be becoming parents.
