Afghanistan is also under Taliban control. In such a situation, the deployment of Agniveers can be like a lapse in the security of the country. The present BJP government in the army has completely abolished the recruitment under the general quota. Due to which unemployment will increase further in the country. Former CM Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal had also spoken about not abolishing the quota of Himachal. So in such a situation, the matter is not being raised even if the BJP is the National President and the Union Minister.

How effective can this 4-year Agneepath plan prove to be in the event of war today. India is completely surrounded by enemies, so in case of war the consequences can be dire. We have seen the condition of Afghanistan due to the lack of strength of the army. So do we need a weak army in India? The army also needs experience, and soldiers are prepared in 5 to 6 years. It has also been said in the Kargil Recommendation Committee that the army should be kept for 8 to 10 years, after which it was to be included in the paramilitary force, police and other forces, but instead of implementing it, the 4-year system was started. Earlier, 30 thousand Nepalis used to come to India to join the army, whereas now they have refused to come.

One Pension, One Rank not implemented

He said that now a big cut is being made in buying goods in CSD. Pension was not even given to the disabled soldiers of the country, after getting a reprimand from the Supreme Court, it has now been implemented with tax.
