Rejecting the submission of the Central Bureau of Investigation in the death of Dhanbad judge Uttam Anand, on Friday, the agency should not try to save the accused. In fact, on Friday, Additional Solicitor General SV Raju, appearing for the CBI in this case, told the High Court that the auto drivers knew that the person was a judge before pushing.

He said that even in the narco test, the auto drivers have admitted that they knew the judge.
