Demand to declare June 20 as traitor day: Sanjay Raut will write letter to UN, on this day Eknath Shinde left Uddhav

Sanjay Raut said, we will collect signatures of lakhs of people of Maharashtra and send them to the United Nations (UN).

There was a split in Balasaheb Thackeray’s Shiv Sena on 20 June 2022. Eknath Shinde broke away from Uddhav along with some of his MLAs and formed his new Shiv Sena party. Later, Shinde formed the government with the BJP and himself became the CM.

On completion of one year of the split in the party, the leaders of the Uddhav faction are now demanding that June 20 be declared as World Traitor Day. Sanjay Raut said, we will collect signatures of lakhs of people of Maharashtra and send them to the United Nations (UN).

According to him, there have been many incidents of treason in the world and the people of Maharashtra have seen one such incident last year.

Shiv Sena UBT celebrated Foundation Day program on 19th June at Shanmukhananda Hall of Sion in Mumbai.

Aditya Thackeray said – Some people steal others’ father only
At a Maharashtra-level meeting of the Shiv Sena (UBT) on 18 June, Thackeray and his son and Yuva Sena president Aaditya Thackeray also spoke about Gaddar Divas. Aditya had said, June 18 is Father’s Day. But there are some people here who steal the father of others. They are traitors.

Before Uddhav, NCP had also placed a similar demand. NCP president Jayant Patil had said, he will celebrate anti-national day on June 20. NCP workers should protest in every nook and corner of the state by showing symbolic kiosks, on the basis of which the Eknath Shinde government has come to power.

Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde also celebrated the foundation day on June 19 at Nesco Ground in Goregaon.

Shinde group’s reaction came, said – Uddhav is the real traitor
There was a reaction from the Shinde group on Sanjay Raut’s statements on Gaddar Diwas. Shinde Sena leaders Uday Samant, Sanjay Shirsat, and Ramdas Kadam called Raut and others real traitors who went against Hindutva and the ideals of late Balasaheb.

Shinde rebelled in June 2022
In June last year, Shinde and 39 other party MLAs revolted against the then Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. Shiv Sena was divided into two parts. After this, the Maha Vikas Aghadi coalition government of Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress fell.

Shinde then formed the government with the BJP. The Election Commission gave the name and symbol of the party to the ‘Tir-Dhanush’ Shinde faction. The Thackeray faction was named Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray). Later this dispute went to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court ruled that the Shinde government would continue.

This was Shiv Sena’s first foundation day after the party split last year, which was celebrated at two places. One program was organized by Uddhav and the other by Eknath Shinde.
