As the national capital reels under a water crisis, Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said on Friday that whatever surplus water is available in Himachal Pradesh after the state’s requirements are fulfilled, the state government is ready to give that water to Delhi or any other state. Speaking to reporters on the issue, the Congress leader said that the water from the hill state enters Delhi through Haryana, so the Delhi government has to make an agreement with the Haryana government, and the HImachal government has no say in it.
