Dead lizard found in McDonald’s cold drink: Manager said – this happens, the Municipal Corporation sealed the outlet

Lizard found in customer’s cold drink at McDonald’s located on Science City Road in Ahmedabad. This incident happened last Saturday (May 21), when two friends Bhargava Joshi and Mehul Hingu ordered two cokes along with two aloo tikkis.

Bhargava says that as soon as he stirred the straw in the coke, a dead lizard came up from inside. The video is becoming increasingly viral on social media. In the video, the lizard is clearly visible in the cold drink given by the outlet.

Municipal Corporation sealed the outlet
There was a lot of commotion after the incident. The customer, who was drinking cold drink, complained to the municipal corporation. After getting the information, the municipal officials came there. The Health and Food Department of the Municipal Corporation took samples of cold drinks and sent them to the Public Health Laboratory for checking. Taking action, the municipal authorities have sealed this restaurant.

The manager of the restaurant said – this keeps happening
Bhargava told that the manager was not present at the time when this incident happened. A few hours after the incident, the area manager came there. When Bhargava informed the manager about the incident, he started laughing. The manager laughed and said that this happens often. Bhargava alleged that he and his friends sat in the restaurant for more than 4 hours to listen to them, but the manager told them that they could only refund their money.

According to Bhargava, the behavior of the restaurant staff and the manager was quite surprising. The manager said that if they want to take this money, then tell them otherwise they can go. The area manager also threatened to call the police.
