Haryana’s BJP leader and Tik Tok star Sonali Phogata, who came into the limelight in the murder case, Goa’s Curlies Club will now be demolished. The NGT has dismissed the appeal filed by the club owners against the decision of the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority. Meanwhile, Goa Police has now sealed the entire club. Along with this, the killers PA Sudhir Sangwan and Sukhwinder have been taken on police remand for two more days. Goa CM has also expressed confidence in the police.
Sonali Phogat was seen with her PA Sudhir Sangwan and her partner Sukhwinder in Goa’s Curlies Club on August 23 in the morning. After this he died. This club built in Anjuna area of Goa will now be demolished. The Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority had declared it illegal and issued demolition orders on 21 July 2016. Since then this matter was going on. The hotel owners had filed an appeal in the National Green Tribunal (NGT). Hearing this, the NGT dismissed the appeal. Also, the way to drop it has been cleared.
Please tell that this is the same club in which BJP leader Sonali Phogat went with her PA Sudhir Sangwan and she was murdered there. Both the killers are on remand for 12 days. Some CCTV footage also came out of this club, in which Sudhir was seen forcibly giving Sonali some liquid. According to the police, Sudhir confessed that he drugged Sonali. The club was sealed by the Goa Police on the previous day itself.

In the Sonali Phogat murder case, Goa Police has again produced PA Sudhir Sangwan and Sukhwinder in the court on Thursday and taken them on remand for two more days. At the same time, Goa Police has completely sealed the Curlies Club. Earlier, only some part of the club was sealed by the police.

Goa CM Pramod Sawant told that Curlies Club has been seized. He has full faith in his police team and will definitely reach the end of the investigation. He said that whatever investigation has been done so far in this case, it is being done right. During this, Goa DGP Jaspal Singh and top police officers were also present with him.
Sonali was murdered on 23rd
Sonali Phogat died on 23 August in Goa. He was accompanied by his PA Sudhir and Sukhwinder in Goa at that time. Goa Police had registered a case of murder and NDPS Act against Sudhir Sangwan and Sukhwinder on the complaint of Sonali’s brother Rinku. While a case was registered against club operators Edwin Nunis, Datta Prasad and Ramakant Masupa under the NDPS Act. Sonali’s family is demanding a CBI inquiry into the entire matter.
