Bihar Police Recruitment 2023: The Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC) has started the online registration process for 21,391 Constable vacancies in Bihar Police, Bihar Special Armed Police and other units. Interested and eligible candidates can fill the application form on the official website at csbc.bih.nic.in. The selection process for these posts will consist of two stages: a written exam and a physical test. The written examination will be conducted at a Class 10 level, covering subjects such as Hindi, English, Mathematics, Social Science, Science, General Knowledge, and Current Affairs. The exam will carry a total of 100 marks.
Candidates who score below 30 percent marks in the written exam will not be eligible to participate in the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). It’s important to note that the written exam marks will not be considered for the final merit list. The purpose of the written exam is to determine eligibility for the PET.
Educational Qualification:
To be eligible for these constable posts, candidates must have completed their Class 12 education on or before August 1, 2022. August 1 is also the crucial date used to determine the age limit for applicants.
Age Limit:
Candidates belonging to the General category should be at least 18 years old but not exceed 25 years of age as of August 1, 2022. Reserved category candidates will receive relaxation in the upper age limit as per applicable regulations.
