Vadodara: A five-feet-long crocodile entered a horse stable in karelibaug area late on Sunday night. A local spotted the reptile and informed the Wildlife Rescue Trust (WRT) volunteers who rushed to the area near Khaswadi crematorium.
It took volunteers an hour to rescue the reptile and hand it over to the forest department.
The reptile had ventured out of Vishwamitri River that flows nearby. WRT volunteers said that the reptile may have been migrating to some other water body.
