In an exclusive interview with India Today, former Supreme Court Judge Justice Madan Lokur said that courts should make police accountable for arresting a person for frivolous reasons.
Justice Lokur said, “The courts should make the police accountable why have you arrested a person for no rhyme or reason, for some frivolous reasons.”
