When it came to the house of the couple named Sona Sen and Sunil Singh, they stood by the wall of the house and threatened self-immolation by pouring petrol on themselves. During this, the policemen and neighbors kept requesting the couple not to take any step in a fit of rage. People poured water on them with pipes and buckets, so that the effect of petrol would end.
