Corona Returns: Serious patients doubled and daily cases five times, Corona spreading again in Delhi, see figures for 10 days

Corona infection is continuously spreading in the capital. In this episode, in the last one week, the number of serious patients in Delhi’s hospitals has more than doubled. At the same time, the number of daily cases has also increased by about five percent. The maximum number of patients have been admitted on ventilator eight times.

Rapidly new cases of corona are being recorded in Delhi. On June 6, the number of new cases stood at 247, which has crossed the one thousand mark till June 15, reaching 1375. These patients admitted to the hospital have been kept in different departments in view of their health. Patients who are having difficulty in breathing due to corona have been put on oxygen support.

Patients who are already suffering from any disease and are corona infected and need more care, they are kept on ventilator support in ICU and patients whose health is worse due to corona infection and other diseases. Since the past days, the number of these patients is continuously increasing. Patients have been admitted twice in hospitals, twice on ICU and oxygen, while the number of patients on ventilators has increased by eight percent.

AIIMS doctor Ananya Gupta says, Kovid patients are reaching AIIMS, but the number of such patients is less. At the same time, the way cases are increasing continuously in Delhi. This clearly shows negligence. However, it is difficult to say that the increase in new cases is due to the new variant. Because, there is no evidence about it yet. Keeping an eye on the situation, it is necessary to follow physical distance along with wearing a mask.

At the same time, Dr. Suresh Kumar, Medical Director of Delhi Government’s largest Kovid Hospital, said that in the last 24 hours, two corona patients have increased in the hospital, after which the number of admitted patients has reached 16. On increasing corona infection, the doctor said that the number of patients is increasing due to the negligence of physical distance along with wearing masks for a long time. If not, then in the coming few days also a continuous increase in new cases can be seen. If the infection is to be reduced, then people will have to strictly follow the corona rules.
