Controversy over gangster’s red corner notice: CBI’s reply: Punjab Police’s letter received the day after Moosewala’s murder

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has responded to the Punjab Police in the murder case of Punjabi singer Sidhu Musewala. CBI said that we received the e-mail of Punjab Police on 30 May. In the same letter dated May 19 was also attached. After which it was immediately sent to Interpol for red corner notice. Sidhu Musewala was murdered on May 29. Now the question is whether the Punjab Police lost its sleep after that and the letter was sent to CBI. However, the officers of Punjab Police have kept silence on this.

Musewala was shot dead on the evening of 29 May at Jawaharke in Mansa.

Punjab Police had blamed the CBI
The Punjab Police had yesterday said that they had asked them to issue a Red Corner Notice to Goldie Brar, a gangster of the Lawrence Gang in Canada. For this, a proposal was sent to CBI on 19 May citing 2 old cases. The CBI delayed, otherwise the conspiracy to kill Musewala would not have been possible. Musewala was murdered 10 days later.

CBI Bid – Right of Interpol to issue notice
In this case, the CBI told the Punjab Police that on May 30, the e-mail of Punjab Police was received. After which it was sent to Interpol after taking full action till June 2. Interpol now has the right to issue a red corner notice against gangster Goldie Brar.

Is the Punjab Police lying, sent the letter after the murder?
Questions are being raised on Punjab Police in this case. If the CBI’s claim is accepted, then did the Punjab Police delay it? After preparing the letter on May 19, there was a delay in sending it. When Musewala was murdered on May 29, the police remembered Goldie Brar because he had claimed responsibility for the murder. After this, on May 29, the very next day after the murder of Musewala, the old letter was sent to the CBI in a new e-mail. If it is not so, then Punjab Police will have to make public the records regarding the letter sent on May 19. However, the officials are not ready to say anything on this issue.

Goldie Brar had claimed responsibility for Musewala’s murder by posting a social media post two hours after Musewala’s murder. Goldie calls it a revenge for the murder of gangster Lawrence’s friend Vicky Middukheda.

Murder happened due to the conspiracy of Goldie Brar
It has become clear in the police investigation that the gangster in Tihar Jail is the mastermind of the murder of Lawrence Musewala. On his behest, the Canadian gangster Goldie Brar hatched the entire conspiracy. Goldie Brar himself also claimed responsibility for Moosewala’s murder through a social media post.
