The Bharat Jodo Yatra will cover a 25 km foot journey every day and travel 3570 km in 150 days to reach Kashmir from Kanyakumari. There will be three types of passengers in the journey

  • India traveler- Rahul Gandhi will be accompanied by 100 passengers in the padyatra, who will walk with him from beginning to end. He will be called Bharat Yatri.
  • State Traveler- From the states through which this yatra will pass, 100-100 people will be involved in it. Those who will be called state travelers.
  • guest passenger- Even from the state where this yatra is not passing, 100-100 people can participate in it. These people will be called guest travelers.
