What did the Kerala Highcourt said?
The young guy from Kerala knocked on the doors of the Kerala High Court after his father didn’t consider him as a shareholder of his property. The guy to the Kerala Highcourt said he was denied of his property stating him an illegitimate son. Kerala High Court too rejected the youth’s claim and said- the young guy’s mother was not married to the person upon which he has been claiming the right for property, thus, he cannot be considered to be entitled to the property of the family.
