Chief Justice of India (CJI) NV Ramana has described the judiciary as completely independent and accountable to the Constitution. Targeting the political parties, the CJI said- The ruling party believes that the court should decide in their favor in every action, while the opposition parties also expect the judiciary to increase their agenda.
