A Chennai court has dismissed a plea filed by VK Sasikala seeking to be the general secretary of AIADMK and has upheld her expulsion from the party.
The plea was dismissed after a counter petition was filed by Edappadi K Palaniswami and O Panneerselvam, stating that she has no locus standi.
Meanwhile, after the court order, Sasikala said that she would appeal against the verdict in the Madras High Court.
