The difficulties of AAP MLA Akhileshpati Tripathi and his colleagues from Delhi’s Model Town may increase today. ACB has called for questioning today. MLA Tripathi is accused of getting a councilor’s ticket by taking money in the MCD elections.

Angered over not getting ticket, AAP activist Shobha Khari and her husband Gopal Khari lodged a complaint with the Anti Corruption Branch (ACB) against MLA Tripathi, his brother-in-law Om Singh, PA and fellow Prince Raghuvanshi. The ACB is probing the matter in every way and is also ascertaining whether money was taken from other people in this manner.

What is the whole matter?
According to the information, Shobha Khari had asked for the corporator’s ticket from Ward 69 of Kamla Nagar in Delhi. MLA Tripathi and his associates had demanded Rs 90 lakh in return. The deal was done on 9 November. According to this, 55 lakh advance and 35 lakh rupees were to be given after the name appeared in the list. When the name did not figure in the list released on November 12, MLA Tripathi asked Shobha to return the money.

On this, Tripathi talked about returning the money. Meanwhile, Shobha complained to the ACB about taking money and also handed over the audio and video of the dealings to the police as evidence. When the MLA’s companions went to return the money to him. Then ACB arrested red handed.

Strict action should be taken: Deputy CM Sisodia
On this matter, Delhi’s Deputy CM Manish Sisodia said that even if someone took money from someone and someone gave money to someone, he still did not get the ticket. It means that ticket is not sold in Aam Aadmi Party. The Aam Aadmi Party has passed this test that money does not work for tickets here. It is obvious that if someone here and there says that I will get the Aam Aadmi Party ticket by taking money, then do not believe it at all. The person who talks about giving tickets after taking money would be the biggest liar. The proof of this has come to the fore.

He said that there should be a fair inquiry into the action of the ACB. Strictest action should be taken for misusing Aam Aadmi Party.

Ramesh Bidhuri said – you sold 90 percent tickets

BJP MP Ramesh Bidhuri said that you can guess that they can take 90 lakhs for distributing tickets, what service will that public representative do? After waking up in the morning, everyone takes the name of God, but when they turn on the TV, somewhere the Chief Minister who cheated Delhi, his face and his misdeeds come in front. He also alleged that AAP has sold 90 per cent tickets.

Kapil Mishra called it the ‘Kejriwal model of loot’
BJP leader Kapil Mishra tweeted after this action and wrote that ACB has arrested the brother-in-law and PA of MLA Akhileshpati Tripathi of Model Town. They were selling corporation tickets for Rs 90 lakh. ACB has audio recordings of four MLAs who were handling money, this money further went to Durgesh, Sisodia and Kejriwal. This is the Kejriwal model of loot.
