The results for the 69th Integrated Combined Competitive Preliminary Examination 2023 have been announced by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC). Interested candidates who participated in the BPSC 69th Prelims Exam 2023 can access their results by visiting the official BPSC website at bpsc.bih.nic.in. Conducted on September 30 in a single shift from 12 pm to 2 pm, the preliminary examination saw the participation of approximately 3 lakh candidates. The provisional answer key was initially released on October 6, followed by a second provisional answer key on October 17. The final answer key was subsequently issued on October 28, 2023.

69th BPSC Prelims Result 2023: Minimum Qualifying Marks

To successfully pass the BPSC 69th prelims examination, candidates must attain the specified minimum qualifying percentage. Candidates belonging to the general category need to achieve a minimum of 40 percent, while those from the backward class must secure a minimum of 36.5 percent. Candidates falling under the SC/ST/Female/PWD categories must obtain a minimum of 32 percent to qualify for the examination. The prescribed minimum qualification percentages for the BPSC Prelims examination are outlined below.

A total of 4,037 individuals have been chosen to proceed to the Mains examination, to secure positions across diverse posts. Among these selected candidates, 1,997 hail from the unreserved category, 414 are from the economically weaker section, 579 are from the Scheduled Caste (SC) category, and 41 fall under the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category. Within this cohort, 109 candidates obtain positions as Child Development Project Officers, while 1,120 are appointed as Finance Administrative Officers and their equivalents.
