A bomb exploded in Istanbul, the Turkish capital.

There was a bomb blast in Taksim Square of Turkey’s capital Istanbul. One person has died in this blast, while 11 people are said to be injured. According to the local time of Turkey, the explosion took place at 4:15 in the evening. A large number of people were present in that area at the time of the blast.

As soon as the information about the blast was received, ambulances, fire engines and police have reached the spot. The police have evacuated the entire area. This is not the first incident of blast in Turkey. Even before this, such blasts have happened in 2015 and 2016.
