Bloody clash in Quami Insaf Morcha in Mohali: 2 groups of Nihang Singhs clashed with each other; cut off a young man’s hand

A bloody clash took place on Sunday morning in the ongoing Qaumi Insaaf Morcha demonstration on the Chandigarh-Mohali border. Two groups of Nihangs clashed with each other. In which a Nihang Singh’s hat was cut off. He was taken to the Government Hospital located in 6th Phase, Mohali, where PGI has been referred after giving first aid in view of his critical condition.

Police and officials reached the spot after getting information about the incident. At present, the situation is normal at the spot. It is being told that there was an argument between the two sides over some issue. Matters escalated so much that both the groups attacked each other. Nihang was seriously injured in this attack.

Immediately people also gathered amidst the screams. It has been told that other people also tried to pacify the matter, but they did not agree. Later the leaders of the Morcha also reached the spot. The injured have not been identified yet. Police is checking CCTV cameras installed nearby.
