Vande Bharat train reached Karnal on Thursday with a delay of 1 hour 32 minutes from its scheduled time on the first day. BJP leaders and workers had reached Karnal railway station from 1 o’clock to welcome the train. The arrival time of the train at Karnal station was 1.51 hrs but this train reached here at 3:23 hrs.
Due to the delay on the first day of Vande Bharat, there were programs related to its reception at many stations. This train left late from Una itself. After that, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal and other leaders welcomed it in Ambala.
During the reception of Vande Bharat train at Karnal railway station, hydrogen balloons exploded at around 3 pm. This created chaos at the station.
