The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has prepared a game plan to win the 2024 assembly elections in Haryana. The smallest and strongest link of the BJP organization is taking the Panna Pramukh to the micro level. That’s why after Panna Pramukhs, now Panna committees are being formed.

For this, the duty of district presidents and in-charges has been imposed. After Uttar Pradesh (UP), Madhya Pradesh (MP), BJP has won a record victory in Gujarat on this formula. In the review meeting held in Gurugram, all party leaders have been told this roadmap for election victory.

Know the first page head..
There is a BJP worker to be called Panna Pramukh, who is given the responsibility of 30 voters of one page of the voter list. He heads a page of the electoral roll. It is the responsibility of Panna Pramukh to talk to his 30 voters and contact them to decide that they all vote and vote in favor of BJP.

What is the new preparation of BJP i.e. Panna Committee?
After Panna Pramukh, BJP is also focusing on Panna Samiti. The Panna Samiti will be a smaller unit than the Panna Pramukh. Think of it like this that at present there is one Panna Pramukh for 30 voters, but out of these 30 voters, 5 Panna Pramukhs will be made. Means there will be 5 Panna Pramukhs on 30 voters. There will be a committee of all of them. The same formula was adopted by the BJP in Gujarat. Which is being implemented in Haryana.

3 big reasons for the need of Panna Committee from Panna Pramukh

  1. The results of the recently held panchayat elections have told the BJP that it is losing its hold in urban as well as rural areas. In Zilla Parishad elections, BJP gave symbols to candidates on 102 seats, but could win only 22 seats. Apart from this, better results could not be obtained even in the Panch-Sarpanch elections.
  2. BJP could not get full majority in 2019 assembly elections. Because of which the government had to be formed together with the JJP. Many important quotas of ministers had to be given to JJP.
  3. BJP is in power in Haryana for 2 terms. In such a situation, the fear of anti-incumbency is also haunting them. Sensing this at the ground level, this strategy is also being adopted to remove the displeasure of the people.

Responsibility for the feedback of the election
Panna Pramukh contacts each voter by meeting and by phone. Till the last voter of his page does not reach the polling station, his responsibility does not end. Every Panna Pramukh prepares a report before the election starts and after it is over, on the basis of whose feedback it is decided that how many people voted in favor of BJP. This also gives an idea of the chances of winning.

The BJP won 40 seats in the Haryana assembly elections. After which formed the government with JJP. In the recent Adampur bypoll also, the BJP's tally of seats has gone up to 41 with the victory of Kuldeep Bishnoi's son Bhavya Bishnoi.

CM is also Panna chief
After Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat, BJP will soon start Panna Pramukh campaign in Haryana. For this, the responsibility of the in-charges along with the district heads has been fixed. In this campaign, along with the CM, the ministers of the government will also be made Panna Pramukhs. The becoming of these big leaders as Panna Pramukhs will enthuse the party workers and this will also strengthen the party in the elections.
