On the other hand, it rained in a total of 17 districts including Bhopal, Indore in MP. One and a half inch of rain was recorded in the capital Bhopal. However, the temperature in three districts of the state remained above 40 degree Celsius. The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of heavy rains in 9 districts today. Heatweb lasted in 8 states including UP-Bihar. The maximum temperature in Nawada district of Bihar broke the record of 11 years by reaching 45.9 degree Celsius.

2. PM Modi arrives in America, President Biden and his wife will host a personal dinner

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reached America on his first state visit. He is the third big leader of India, who has been invited by America for this visit. Earlier in 1963 President Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan and in 2009 Manmohan Singh went to America on a state visit. PM will do yoga with representatives of over 180 countries at the United Nations Headquarters today. Apart from this, President Joe Biden and his wife Jill Biden will host a personal dinner for PM Modi. PM Modi will be given a 21-gun salute tomorrow at the White House as a state honour.

4. China saved 26/11 terrorist, Sajid Mir was to be declared Global Terrorist

China has blocked the proposal to declare Sajid Mir, wanted Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist in Mumbai 26/11 attack, as a global terrorist. The US had presented this proposal at the 1267 Al Qaeda Sanctions Committee meeting of the United Nations Security Council. America had made this proposal with the support of India.

In September 2022 also, China had banned the proposal to declare Sajid as a global terrorist. Sajid Mir was giving instructions on phone to Ajmal Kasab and other terrorists during the attack in Mumbai. India narrated its audio in the UNSC meeting in 2022 as evidence. Kasab, the terrorist who was caught alive, had also named Sajid Mir among his associates.

The court said that the state has a long history of violence during elections. Elections cannot be held with violence. In such a situation, the deployment of Central Force is necessary.

The court told the State Election Commission that it is your responsibility to conduct free and fair elections. You don’t have to worry about where the force will come from. The Calcutta High Court had ordered the deployment of central security forces in every district within 48 hours. 6. Demand for army protection of Kuki tribe amid Manipur violence, SC to hear on July 3

Violence between the Kuki and Meitei communities over reservation continues in Manipur since May 3. Meanwhile, the matter of demand for giving army protection to the Kuki tribe reached the Supreme Court. The court refused to hear soon, saying that it is a matter of law and order in the state.

Here, the Manipur High Court will hear the review petition filed against its decision on 23 June. The court had directed the wife to pay Rs 5,000 every month for maintenance, which she was not paying since 11 months. After the arrest warrant was issued from the court, Dashrath reached with coins in 7 sacks. The wife termed it as mental harassment.
