Bihar Public Service Commission TRE 2023: Teachers To Join Allotted Schools Before November 21 – News18

The principals of the schools have to now complete the recruitment process.

After the first phase of the recruitment, BPSC has started the registration process for the second phase of teacher recruitment. The online registration will take place from November 16 to 25.

Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) declared the results for the Teacher Recruitment Exam (TRE) phase I on October 17. The qualified candidates will be allotted the positions of Primary, Secondary and Higher Secondary teachers across Bihar. Around 90,000 teachers had already been given the joining letter by the state government regarding the recruitment.

Now, the allotment letter has been given to the remaining 30,000 teachers. The candidates who have received the joining letter will have to join their respective schools before November 21.

The allocation of the schools by BPSC is conducted through an online process. Now, the principals of the schools have been given the responsibility to complete the recruitment process by allocating their roles and duties. Earlier, as per the BPSC website, the recruitment was already done in 32 districts of Bihar. Most of them have already their academic work. As per the education department, the allotment process for BPSC TRE-qualified candidates has been conducted with complete security and transparency. The allotment process was recorded through CCTV cameras. Strict monitoring was maintained, the education department claimed.

The selected candidates have to submit their No Objection Certificate (NOC) to the principals of their respective schools before joining the institution. If the required documents are not submitted before the deadline then the candidate will not be allowed to join. Now after the completion of the first phase of the recruitment process, BPSC has started the registration process for the second phase of teacher recruitment in Bihar. The online registration will take place from November 16 to 25.

BPSC aims to fill 9,4431 vacancies for the position of Primary Teachers (Class 1-5) through this recruitment drive. To become eligible for this exam, the candidates must have successfully cleared the Bihar Teacher Eligibility Test (BTET) Paper 1. The candidates must have achieved a minimum score of 60 per cent. The cut-off score varies with the category of the students.
