The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has introduced the application correction feature for Bihar NEET UG Counselling 2023 at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. This facility permits candidates who have previously submitted their applications for the state’s National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) UG counselling to make essential adjustments to their application forms.
Candidates have until September 24, to modify their applications. It’s important to note that students who initially had their security deposit forfeited but have since received a refund can also make changes. However, the BCECEB has stated in an official notice that those who did not reimburse the security deposit will not have the opportunity to modify their application.
Bihar NEET UG Counselling 2023: Application Correction Guidelines
The BCECEB urges applicants to carefully review the Note section in the application portal’s guidelines before proceeding with any changes to their application forms.
During the Bihar NEET UG counselling 2023 application correction, candidates can modify most of the information on the application form, including category, test medium, exam city choices, PwD status, qualifying exam marks, and state code of eligibility.
However, it’s crucial to note that registered mobile numbers, email addresses, permanent addresses, and current addresses cannot be changed during this process. Thus, candidates should exercise caution when providing these details on the Bihar NEET Ug counselling application form 2023.
Bihar NEET UG Counselling 2023: Steps to follow for Application Correction
Here are the steps to follow for correcting the Bihar NEET UG Counselling 2023 application form:
Step 1: Visit the official Bihar NEET UG 2023 website at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
Step 2: On the login screen, enter your Bihar NEET UG application number, password, and security pin
Step 3: Correct/edit the details on the Bihar NEET UG form, such as gender, category, sub-category, language medium, and other permitted information.
Step 4: Select the preview option to review all updated details, highlighted in red. To proceed, enter the OTP sent to your registered email/mobile number
Step 5: Click the submit button. A pop-up window will appear. Confirm your submission.
Step 6: After successfully submitting the Bihar NEET UG application form, a self-generated correction slip will be provided for your records. Be sure to print and retain this receipt.
