Bihar Police have detained four persons for questioning in connection with the alleged murder of Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) chief Mukesh Sahani’s father, Jitan Sahani, in Darbhanga. Sahani was found murdered at his ancestral home in Darbhanga district on Tuesday, with multiple stab injuries and cut marks on his chest and stomach. Authorities revealed that two suspects had previously borrowed money at interest from the deceased and were involved in a heated argument with Sahani days before his murder, according to India Today. Earlier, Darbhanga (Rural) SP Kamya Mishra stated that three people had been detained for questioning in the case.
