The body of former Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf reached Karachi from UAE on Monday night. He died on Sunday at the age of 79. Musharraf was ill for a long time. He was undergoing treatment at a hospital in Dubai. Musharraf was the President of Pakistan from 20 June 2001 to 18 August 2008.
In May 2016, a Pakistani court charged him with treason. After this he left the country and went to Dubai, he was declared a fugitive.
