Hundreds of lives were put in danger due to negligence at Dubai Airport. In fact, during take-off, two Emirates aircraft landed on the same runway. However, the collision between them kept happening. Flight numbers EK-524 (Dubai to Hyderabad) and EK-568 (Dubai to Bengaluru) were to take-off from Dubai between 9.30 pm and 10 am on Sunday.

According to the Emirates flight schedule, there was a difference of five minutes in the departure time of both the flights. The Air Accident Investigation Sector (AAIS) of the UAE has started an investigation into this matter. An internal inquiry is also being conducted against the airline crew. India’s aviation watchdog Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCI) has sought a copy of the report related to the matter from the UAE Aviation Authority.
