Question: What were the challenges you faced in civil services?
answer: Being from a lower middle class family, financial constraints came in the first place. There was a lack of guidance and coaching. Became a PCS officer in 2007, but the urge to fulfill the dream of UPSC remained intact.
Question: How to prepare for weaker section candidates?
Answer: Don’t be discouraged. Today the material available on the Internet is becoming very helpful. Everyone’s life is challenging. Don’t rely on government coaching.
Question: What does your experience say?
Answer: Keep learning from every failure. Focus yourself for UPSC. Poor kids break in 2-4 years and their talent dies. Some kids get out of self-study, but most need guidance as well.

Answer: Focus on writing more than reading. After writing, get its test checked. This shows the output. Keep checking your level. Ask yourself why you want to join civil service.
Question: Why did you remain confined to 683rd rank this time too?
Answer: I got minimum 110 marks in the interview. I am trying to interview again. I handle the management of government coaching center in Hapur. In two years 300 in PCS, 10 in UPSC have been selected from this coaching center.
Question: What will you say for those who are in civil service?
Answer: Cars, bungalows, money are symbols of corruption in civil service. The salary of an officer is less than that of a professor. So the candidates should not be attracted towards this glare.
