The strings of the CBI raid in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh, are related to the Delhi Durbar. According to sources, this action has been taken to control a smart Union minister. For the past few years, the statements of the Union Minister sometimes create an uncomfortable situation for the Central Government.

The government is not able to answer, while the statements of the Union Minister are also made a big issue from the opposition side. In such a situation, to control the minister just before the elections of 5 states, a political message has been given through action on the contractor close to him and the CM of Madhya Pradesh. It will be interesting to see if there is a brake on his statements.

The news of getting 4 crore cash came out
In fact, the CBI also raided many places including Bhopal, Gurugram, Bangalore on Friday in this case, in which the news of getting 4 crore cash has come to the fore. The case is related to Dilip Buildcon and the probe agency has taken this action forward in the case of paying a bribe of 20 lakhs to the officials of the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI).

If sources are to be believed, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan is close to the owners of Dilip Buildcon. For this reason, neither the Bhopal Police nor the Bhopal office of CBI came to know about it.

This company takes big contracts from NHAI to build roads, flyovers. The company had an annual turnover of 10 thousand crores in 2019-20. It is working in different states of the country including Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh. The same company is also working to build a metro in Madhya Pradesh.

Why is the government angry with its own minister?
In this case, the Union Minister whose name is coming up, he has often been targeting his own government. These union ministers are also angry with the government. There are many reasons behind this displeasure. The first outrage came when, in the year 2017, a senior Congress leader in the House accused the minister and said that what kind of startup India is this, in which a minister is getting money for his own staff company. At that time the matter caught a lot of attention. The distance from his party had also increased in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.

CBI also raided many places including Bhopal, Gurugram, Bangalore on Friday.

What is the relation of raid with Uttar Pradesh?
Out of the 5 states in which elections are to be held in the country, the most talked about state is Uttar Pradesh. If sources are to be believed, after the results of the 2017 elections in UP, there is a jugalbandi going on between a big BJP leader and a Union minister, who is angry over not getting the chief minister’s chair. It is being said that the Delhi High Command is aware of how these two leaders are in touch with the opposition party. Due to which the Union Minister of UP was also present in the Delhi Durbar.

The first major project was found in 1993
Dilip Buildcon Company got its first major project in the year 1993-94. It was four crore rupees. After that the company never looked back. Then did projects of 20 crores and 80 crores. Before 2007, big projects up to Rs 120 crore were done. The biggest jump was found between 2007 and 2010. The company got the Ahmedabad-Godhra project worth one thousand crore rupees. The company has business in states like Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Telangana.

Such a company was created and took work
The construction work is done by Dileep Buildcon. This company takes contracts related to highway and rail projects across the country. The same company is also doing the work of Bhopal Rail Metro. Dilip Suryavanshi formed the company in 1988 under the name of Dilip Buildcon.

At first they built small residential projects, government buildings and petrol pumps. After this, in 1995, 21-year-old engineer Devendra Jain was hired. Jain is now the Executive Director in his company. In the early 2000s, the NDA government started issuing tenders for road construction. Then he decided that his company would also build a road.
