Days after Partha Chatterjee was arrested in connection with the Bengal SSC scam, Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today sacked him as a minister. The decision was taken at a Cabinet meeting.
Earlier in the day, TMC general secretary Kunal Ghosh had also called for Partha Chatterjee’s expulsion from the party and the ministry.
