Former Karnataka minister and sitting MLA KS Eshwarappa has once again come into the limelight by making a controversial statement. Eshwarappa said on Monday – there is no doubt that the RSS flag will one day become the national flag. He said that saffron is a symbol of sacrifice. For thousands of years people have respect for saffron, that is why RSS prays in front of saffron flag.

Saffron flag to be hoisted at Red Fort: Eshwarappa
Bharatiya Janata Party MLA KS Eshwarappa has given statements about the saffron flag many times in the past. Eshwarappa had said sometime back that in future the saffron flag may replace the tricolor. In the coming times, the saffron flag will be hoisted in the Red Fort. However it may still take a long time.

Eshwarappa had said that mosques were built on them after demolishing 36000 temples, now Hindus will get them again.

Eshwarappa had said, now anti national will also sing the national anthem
BJP MLA KS Eshwarappa on the issue of making the national anthem mandatory in the madrassa of the UP government, now anti nationals will also be seen singing the national anthem in our country. He had further said that the community which prepares terrorists, now the people of that community will also sing the national anthem.

Eshwarappa had demanded commission from the contractor
Eshwarappa was the Minister of State for Rural Development and Panchayati in the Government of Karnataka. He was accused of abetting a contractor to commit suicide. It was alleged that Eshwarappa had demanded commission from the contractor, after which the contractor complained to the PM and CM. When the hearing did not take place, he was upset and committed suicide. Due to this case, Eshwarappa had to resign from the post of minister.
