‘Babua’ was playing on his smartphone during pandemic crisis: Yogi Adityanath | Allahabad News – Times of India

PRAYAGRAJ: Taking a jibe on Samajawadi Party (SP) president Akhilesh Yadav’s inability and to sit ideal and doing nothing for the masses during the pandemic crises, chief minister Yogi Adtiyanath has said that ‘Babua’ (Akhilesh) was did nothing but to play on his smartphone while ‘Bhai-Bahen’ (Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi) were enjoying holidays in Italy and ‘Bua’ (Mayawati) was nowhere to be seen. It was BJP who helped the masses and those who had opposed vaccine were actually against the welfare of poor and masses.
Yogi was speaking at Jan Vishvash Yatra at Manjhanpur (Kaushambi) on Sunday.
Asking the public, “Corona mai Samajwadi Party ke log kahin dikhai diye kya?, Yogi added, “Bahut saare longo ki bachpan ki khelne ki aadat nahi jaati aur ‘Babua’ abhi bhi smart phone per chote bacchon wala khel khalte rehte hain, unko janta ki parwah nahi hai, corona kaal khand mai, chaahe SP rahi ho, chaahe BSP yaa Congress, their leaders were nowhere to be seen” (Did SP workers were to be seen during pandemic, some people are attached to the habits of their young days that is why Akhilesh still play kids game on smart phones, he did nothing for masses during corona).
Raising the issue of construction of Ram temple at Ayodhya and giving credit to BJP, Yogi said, “Neither those who fired bullets on ‘ram-bhakt’ (referring to previous SP government under Mulayam Singh Yadav) would have ever constructed Lord Ram temple nor Congress or Bua (BSP regime under Mayawati), it had to be some ‘ram-bhakt’ (referring to Modi led BJP) who could have done so”.
He also compared his government with the one prior to 2017 and said, “In pre-2017 government, ram-bhakt were given bullets while we (BJP) construct temple for them, earlier Kawad yatra were stopped and now we shower flower petals on them, earlier it was poor management in Kumbh, there used to stampede at Prayagraj and now when we organise Kumbh, people say ‘bhavya Kumbh-Diwya Kumbh”. BJP had fulfilled all its promises, we had said that there would be zero tolerance on the issue of criminals and taking down the mafias, do you all agree that BJP has done well?, he asked the cheering crowd which said ‘Yes’ with one voice.
On huge quantity of cash found from a house of a Kanpur based businessman of perfume, Yogi said, “This is the same money which should have been used for your welfare prior to 2017, this is what happens when the funds, meant for welfare of masses, goes in the pocket of corrupt politicians and today income tax department is digging it out from the walls of the houses of businessman close to these politicians”.
