Israel’s Attorney-General Gali Baharav-Miara announced on Thursday that there is a legal restriction on advancing the haredi conscription law proposed by Prime Minister Netanyahu earlier this week.
“The proposal ignores the new and urgent needs of the IDF, lacks factual infrastructure, and disregards the position of the Defense Minister,” said Baharav-Miara.
