Atiq-Ashraf murder case: Lovelesh-Sunny met at shooter Arun Maurya’s dhaba; Growing up wanted to run away from Prayagraj with girlfriend, family in custody

The secret of the mutual knowledge of the shooters who killed the notorious mafia brothers Atiq Ahmed and Ashraf Ahmed in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh is now being revealed. Initially it was being said that all three did not even know each other.

According to the police, Sunny had met Lovelesh while he was serving his sentence in Banda Jail for some time. From here the friendship of both became confirmed. Together they had decided to move forward in the world of crime.

Earlier, Sunny had come in contact with Sundar Bhati, a gangster from western Uttar Pradesh lodged in Hamirpur Jail. Both had found their third partner at a dhaba on Arun Banda-Prayagraj highway. Where Arun used to work. When Sunny came in contact with Sunder Bhati in Hamirpur, he was deeply impressed by her influence in the jail.

Arun wanted to run away from the city with his girlfriend
While working at the dhaba, Arun was in contact with a girl. He was trying to run away from Prayagraj with the girl. Here Sunny and Lavlesh were also about to leave Prayagraj and go to NCR. When Arun asked them to join the gang, both of them agreed.

From here everyone shifted to NCR for some time. During this, he met Sundar Bhati’s gang as well as many other groups. For all this he used to do odd jobs and earn money in return. Contacts were also increasing and work too. The world of crime was now tempting him.

Police found absconding family
The police have found the absconding family of Arun Maurya, a native of Panipat and a recent resident of Kasganj, involved in the shooting and killing of mafia Atiq and his brother Ashraf in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. Police is collecting information about Arun by interrogating the family.

It is believed that whatever the family members will tell about Arun, it will be easier for the police to get to the bottom of the case. Earlier, shooter Arun’s father Deepak, wife Kela Devi along with their 13-year-old daughter had fled the village after getting the news of their son’s involvement in the murder.

When the police reached home, no one was found at home. Since then the police was engaged in the search of the family. It is being told that now the police have reached the family. In view of security, no disclosure is being made regarding the family.

Two cases are registered against Arun in Panipat
Two cases were registered against shooter Arun Maurya in Panipat last year. Panipat SP Ajit Singh Shekhawat said that the Arms Act in February 2022 and another case in May was of assault against Arun Maurya.

Arun was also sent to jail in this. He was out on bail in both the cases. Some family members, including Arun’s grandfather and uncle, lived in Panipat. That’s why he had to visit his place as well and he had registered his address there in bail.
