The PIL, filed by NGO We the Citizen, has sought setting up of an SIT to probe the killings and atrocities of Kashmiri Pandits and Sikhs in the Kashmir Valley between 1990 and 2003. The petition has also sought a probe into the killing of Kashmiri Pandits killed in the Kashmir Valley in recent months. According to the information received, a bench of Justice Bhushan R Gavai and Justice CT Ravikumar is going to hear this petition.
