Anubrat Mandal left the CGO complex in Bidhannagar after facing a five-hour CBI interrogation in a post-poll violence case. Anubrat finally appeared on Thursday after avoiding three CBI summonses in the post-poll violence case. Detectives asked him to report to the CGO complex by 12 noon. Anubrat is accused of inciting post-poll violence. In various incidents, the accused informed the detectives that they had carried out the attack on the opposition on the instructions of Anubrat. According to the CBI, the detectives have recorded the statement of the accused Trinamool leader. At the end of the 5 hour interrogation, the lawyer was surrounded and left the CGO complex at around 5 pm. He reached the complex directly at his residence in Chinar Park. He is scheduled to see a doctor at his PG on Friday.
