New Delhi: Ankita Lokhande, who is currently on ‘Bigg Boss 17’, has often been seen talking about late actor Sushant Singh Rajput on the show. Ankita and Sushant dated for around seven years before parting ways in 2016. In the latest episode, Ankita was seen talking to Abhishek about the possessiveness of partners and recalled the time when she cried watching Sushant’s intimate scenes in Shuddh Desi Romance.
While talking to Abhishek, Ankita shared that Sushant booked the entire hall for her for the film. “He had booked an entire hall. He knew that I would get miffed. I saw it and my nails were like this (enacts nails digging in the seat). The entire movie got over and I went back and cried a lot,” Ankita said.
She also recalled that after watching the movie when the two of them got intimate, she got flashbacks of his intimate scenes. “Mere mind me wo hi flashbacks aaye, main jhatak diya. (I got those flashbacks in my mind and I pushed him back.) To see your boyfriend kissing someone else…’
Ankita, who started dating Sushant on the sets of their show ‘Pavitra Rishta’, had earlier said that she kept her breakup a secret and didn’t tell anyone about it for two years.
“Bahut baar banda batata nahi hai break-up ke baare main kyunki ussko lagta hai ki shayad wapas relationship thik hojaye. Ek hope rehti hai yaar. For two years, I didn’t want anyone to know about my breakup,” she told Isha Malviya in a conversation.
She shared that she was always hopeful that Sushant would come back to her.
“I had hopes of Sushant returning as our relationship was of seven years. I had hoped he would return home and hence I didn’t tell anyone. I was staying in a home which had photos of us all over,” Ankita added.
Ankita is now married to Vicky Jain, who is also a contestant on the show.
